TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food is super good. Better than Popeyes. The service is great. THE SAUCE... a combination of In N Out spread, Chick Fil A sauce, and Raising Cane sauce.
The service was great, Earnie was a vibe and he went above and beyond and the food was delicious as usual. We went through the drive through which was incredibly fast.
I like Dave's hot chicken to start and I just moved to sac from the IE. first, of all this Dave's hot has a drive thru which was crazy to me and I get great service every time. The dudes name was Ernie V that helped me SHOUTOUT TO ERNIE!

Employees were incredibly helpful and kind, super positive energy in there. Decor is cool, chicken was good, sauce is amazing, 10/10 go here today.

Got the double slider and a drink. Came out to about $18 and some change. After receiving it, I realized I should've only got one lol they were regular size burgers. Pretty good. Just wish their was more "cold slaw" not sure what's on it. But the chicken.... darn good and juicy! I will say that!
I'd heard of DHC (?) and as I was anxious to try it (there are none in San Francisco) I was happy to pull into this one and order a #4. I tried the 'Hot' and was not disappointed, but next time I'll try the 'Extra Hot'. The crinkle fries were seasoned with a tasty salt and spice blend that was not overpowering and allowed one to enjoy the crispy goodness.
