TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Great service, great food. Took longer than expected maybe it was a shift change. Heat levels are accurate and chicken is really good quality. I love that they have Cherry Coke and Dr. Pepper in the fountain drinks. Most spots don't offer that.
New store, food was tasty. They know how to fry chicken. Tried a few different heat levels, the wife had mild, I tried medium and hot - neither were hot IMHO. It would appear, at least at these heat levels, that they just sprinkle varying pepper powders to meet your needs. We will definitely give Dave's another shot so I can try the extra hot and reaper levels.

Service was great and food was amazing. 10/10 chicken was super delicious and we love their fries. The artwork is great too. Our orders came out pretty quickly and food felt fresh out of the grill. The spice meter is reasonable; if you can handle hot Cheetos you can handle the hot level. Will be coming back again!

Super cool aesthetic and vibe and I love the combo options. Slightly peculiar that drinks don't come with the combos however in all honesty a lot of times I personally don't always need the drink. Location is really easy to get to and parking was not an issue. Also kinda fun how you can pick out your own spice levels. Definitely come give this place a visit.
They had great service and great food. They attended us with a smile on there face and they were super kind. The place looks very cool and new as well!
