TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The most delicious, freshly prepared, juicy, well seasoned chicken breast sandwich I've ever had! It was great. At first, I thought it was burned because it was a really dark brown. But that's because it was saturated in seasoning. I chose the hot one and it was hot! Took a few minutes to sink in. The sauce that came with it looks like thousand island dressing but doesn't taste like it. This chicken is bomb! I've been to other hot chicken places, but this Dave's right here, they make some really juicy and well seasoned chicken. I've already gone twice this week! Will be back again! I did not even have time to take a photo because it is so bomb. Lol The cashier was very nice too. His name is Daniel (we went during the night time) and even though he had other customers, he let us know that if we did a review we could get a free drink! 10/10 food and the price is not too bad!
The staff is very welcoming. Seitu had a great attitude and was very informative about the menu. The food is nice and fresh; spice levels vary for those who may not like it too spicy which is amazing. Will come again
