TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Alicia was so helpful at the register & made sure our order was correct! She even mentioned substitutions that I didn't know they offered such as mac & cheese or kale slaw!! I've been here a few times and the food is always great. Music is always good & tables are always clean! We will be coming back for more! Yum!!

Super good service!! I normally never come out to pick up my own food but I did today. The food fresh was so much better than delivery because it came out hot and ready. I'm a regular now.
Love this spot for a late night quick bite! Taylor did an incredible job helping me narrow down my options and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The food is always fresh and shakes are also delicious!

On my first visit I decided to go with the reaper level since I have a pretty high spice tolerance and it definitely was spicy! I don't recommend it if you can't handle spice because you will suffer later on (my stomach was burning all night). The next day I went with extra hot and it wasn't spicy to me at all maybe because my palate was expecting the reaper level. Other than that I would return I love the atmosphere, love their pickles, and service is decent.

Tried the Dave's NOT chicken slider/tender made with the cauliflower patty. I was a fan of the flavor and overall texture of the cauliflower patty. I personally am not vegan or veggie but It's always nice to have meat alternatives that are actually satisfying. Spice level: medium and hot were good, with hot being just right.

eh the wait time was really long and the employees were lowkey rude. all of that 20+ wait time for lukewarm food. i got the hot tenders they were a good spice i just wished it was hotter and they served wet naps. drink selection was mid, i prefer canes tbh. the bread was pitiful.

A really good choice for people who have a friend that likes things to be so hot their insides feel like they're getting rearranged. The service was what you would expect from a nice fast food place the workers were polite and patient.
