TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Love Dave's! I always get the hot which is spicy while still being flavorful. Jessica was working at the register and was super sweet and friendly! She was so patient with me since I had a bunch of questions about some of the new menu items. I haven't encountered an employee that is so attentive to a customer before. 100% will be returning to this location based on the service alone. If you're reading this, thanks Jessica!

My experience at Dave's hot chicken today was awesome. From the great taste of the food, to the amazing customer service. I MUST SAY THAT AISHA WAS PHENOMENAL! Besides the food, it was her amazing customer service that made lunch better. From taking my order to checking up on me to make sure I was ok . The chicken is very good and the service is good with lots of parking in the lot. I ordered hot and it was very hot. It is quite pricey though - $15 for 2 pieces of chicken and fries!
