Tender and Slider; Shaq and Kobe. One of my all time favorite spots, so glad they're in KC.
Dave's hot chicken is the best, great service great food. The sandwich was amazing, will come back soon.
Great little place, chicken is juicy, hot and whatever spice level you like! Fries are tasty and sauce is too!
My go to spot since they've been open. Great good, flavors, fun environment. The service is very nice as well.
Tried the medium, hot and extra hot. The restaurant was busy but service was quick and food was fresh. I would come back here again. Everything had great flavor and I loved the dry rub
So excited to finally try Dave's Hot Chicken in Kansas! The portions were a lot larger than expected--a slider is really the size of a normal sandwich. The chicken itself came out piping hot and was super moist on the inside. It was perfectly seasoned and came with crispy crinkle-cut fries. Good food, good service, I've been to the location in Tucson. Consistent all the way across the board. Glad to have one in the metro. Can't wait for the one in westport open. Try it out definitely worth the visit. Keep up the good work

We finally got to see what all the hype was about and tried Daves Hot Chicken. Thebinside was very nice, bright and clean.We both came away with "it was just ok" and nothing very special. I played it safe and ordered the Hot for me and no spice for the GF. The Hot was not hot, more like Popeyes spicey recipe but i like Popeyes much better. The fries were just regular krinkle cut and again nothing special. Overall it seemed a little expensive but we had to try it to know.

I was skeptical because I'm not a fan of spicy chicken sandwiches. BUT! That was the best chicken sandwich I've had in a while! They have a nice range of spicy, even no spice, but I did the lite mild...DELICIOUS!! And their fries and fresh pickles add to the flavor! I'll be going here very often!!!!
