First day in operation and there were issues understandably about time. It took 19 minutes for our "fast food" order to come up. Fries were good but cold. Chicken was well cooked but the crust was not to our liking. We had a mild and medium spice. And it's not inexpensive! $30 for two 2-piece chicken + fries (no drinks). Manager stopped by to see how things were and we told him, and he comped our meal (not the reason we came, but thanks.) It's not taking any business from the Chick Fillet across the street!!

There has not been a time I've gone to this locations drive thru and had my order correctly provided. The young man at the window has messed up my fairly simple order (one meal) every time. The food is good, the personnel are sub par with no attention to detail.

Extremely disappointed in our food. No one was in the restaurant when we arrived and our food still came out cold. We sent it back and instead of giving us fresh fries they refried our cold ones.

Gross. Horrible experience. I will never eat here again. Put a Raising Canes instead. Garbage.
Drive through is quick and polite, but the food started tasting very weird a couple months ago and hasn't changed. I don't think I'm going back. Shame; I loved this place. The chicken tastes artificially moist/watery and kind of like chemicals. The spice isn't as flavorful as it used to be, either.

Unfortunately Dave's has decided to remove the cauliflower option from the menu again and I simply can't keep checking to see if they decide to bring it back. I'll remember Dave's Not Chicken fondly. Meat-eaters, you will probably enjoy this, but there's nothing left for me here.

After seeing all the videos online hyping this place up I decided to stop here. After eating the tender which was alright to say the least I tried the sandwich and couldn't finish it. The dry rub they use not a fan of. Chicken just tasted weird in general. The Mac & cheese was good I give them that. Fries also very good. But for almost 26$ you'd expect better chicken.
