Stop by here for lunch today. Total 25.78. One sandwich combo with one tender & fries added drink with Mac & cheese. I was disappointed with food. After seeing all the videos online hyping this place up I decided to stop here. After eating the tender which was alright to say the least I tried the sandwich and couldn't finish it. The dry rub they use not a fan of. Chicken just tasted weird in general. The Mac & cheese was good I give them that. Fries also very good. But for almost 26$ you'd expect better chicken. Last 2 times ordered food. Had hair in food in lake mary store. 1st was in coleslaw... 2nd... half way through sandwich pulled hair out of my mouth.. They say they wear hairnets.. however when arriving not a single person had a hairnet on.. Unacceptable and dirty. Never eating again.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. We made a large order and scheduled a pick it up. The order was 20 minutes late and then when we got home, we learned that five orders of fries was missing. Long story short I had to chase down the manager to call me back, then go to the store for a refund. A refund was given but no comp from the manager for all the Inconveniences. Poor customer service!

I've been excited to try this place for a while. My experience: eh. It was fine. Food wasn't special. It is WAY overpriced. Like laughably overpriced. The people working seemed like they didn't want to be there. The place itself looks nice but doesn't make up for the food and price. Please drive 30 more minutes to the Raising Canes for good chicken.
