TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Placed a drive thru order for a tender and these tenders are large! Make sure to use the honey aaand the Dave's sauce together Ordered the medium tender and I think it was more on the mild side but all in all fresh and good flavor. I'd rather that anyway , we will be back

Finally got the chance to try out Dave's hot chicken. And it did not disappoint, at least for me it did not!! Have been wanting to check them out since it opened up in lake Mary. They have 4 different options to choose from and the sliders are big enough that you could share a basket. I got the Dave's #4 which was 1 slider and fries and Dave's sauce. Real Nashville Hot Chicken! Hot chicken tonight! I went with 'Hot' for heat. I could have gone a little higher in heat but for most that will be plenty hot. You can tell it's Nashville hot chicken bc it's a dry seasoning. Great flavor and good fries too.

Dave's #4 1 Slider with Fries Medium Heat We were really impressed with the taste of this chicken. It was very good. The sandwich was ordered with medium heat which wasn't too hot. I ordered the way it comes with kale slaw, pickles, David's sauce, and the fries. A little on the expensive side but heck everything is expensive these days. We will be back for sure!
