TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I've been wanting to try to place since they opened. It's always popped in the local Lake Mary area with the building art plus I have a weak spot for not only chicken tenders but spicy food! Used the online order process which is super easy placed my order and within five minutes it was up. Food was served hot and ready to go! I love this chicken sandwich I gorged my self with two sliders all the way and fries with extra sauce. They are quick and it has a good laid back vibe to it does not feel like a traditional fast food place.

My friend and I went through the drive thru and it was a great experience. It was easy to communicate and our order was taken immediately when we pulled up. We both ordered a #2, medium, which comes with two sliders and fries. It did take a few minutes for our food to come out after we paid, but it was quick enough. We were impressed that our food was still fresh and hot when we arrived home 20 minutes later. Medium is a great heat level because it adds flavor to the chicken and it's not spicy at all. Tried the Dave's bites and I must say, they were delicious. Whether you dip them in Bbq sauce or Dave's sauce, you can't go wrong. The Mac and cheese here is amazing as well. As for the price, nothing is $1.00 anymore, so pay the extra, fill your belly, and enjoy the day.
