Coming here today this was my first time, coming into here I had high hopes, the service was good, and I liked the buzzer situation. It was a good idea and the setting area was decent. For the food situation I got the Dave bites mild heat and fries. Along with Dave sauce and one of there freezes that came with a souvenir cup. I'm sorry but the chicken was so nasty my daughter would not even eat it. It sort of tasted like the grease had not been changed and it tasted like it was burnt and had no season on it at all. The rest of my experience there was ok. and I don't usually do reviews but after paying 28.00 dollars for the two meals I was quite upset mainly because my daughter could not eat hers. They got rid of the the cauliflower sandwiches, so there's nothing for vegetarians to eat here anymore. Disappointing. Won't be coming back anymore now.

Chicken fingers were cold, French fries were cold. Don't know why I had to wait for cold food.

Ambience is nice. Food is alright, I'm not sure if I went on a bad day but it was extremely salty. I would probably give it another try someday but for now I will be heading to HCK hot chicken, hen house, or even Popeyes. Edit: milkshake slaps but idk if I'd pay $7 for it lol

I recommend the restaurant and food but I do not recommend Grubhub!!! Not only did the food show up an hour and a half later than was originally expected but was cold and soggy! EXTREMELY disappointed especially this being the second time I've used their service and the first time was just as bad with the driver leaving my food on the front step in the middle of a snow shower. Well that's does it for me no more Grubhub!!!

Go to HCK hot chicken instead of Dave's. HCK is a family owned business the workers and owner are extremely attentive and welcoming as compared to Dave's the workers have no care in the world for welcoming people being respectful any of that. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The staff seems to be always more worried about their phones and hair yet the garbage will be overflowing and tables have crap all over them. This place's management went down hill

I had high hopes for this restaurant but probably won't be back. Extremely busy and they had 2 staff members sleeping at 2 different tables. Maybe they were on break, but it looks bad when paying customers are waiting for a table while employees sleep. Also ordered the tenders medium and they had zero flavor. Seemed like they were covered in the same salt they put on the fries instead of any sauce. Crinkle fries had good crunch but way too heavy on the salt, and I like salt. Awful. Two chicken fingers, two slices of bread, seven pickles and 15 french fries for $12.99 outrageous but the outrage doesn't end there. When biting into the chicken I got a mouthful of powder and it did not taste good. Living in Buffalo New York, the home of the original chicken wing.
