Alhamdulillah that we finally have a Dave's in Buffalo. I was lucky enough to be there opening day (yesterday) and stood in a line in the rain because was so stoked. Not all hot chicken places are the same and Dave's dry rub is unique. I usually order hot and may attempt extra hot next time but no higher. I think this spot is going to be busy all the time, which is exciting, and like the other Yelpers have written, the flavor is great and the fries are also surprising good. Add the extra pickles to reduce the heat :)

First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and it was delicious! The chicken was juicy and the dry rub had great flavor. The fries had a good seasoning on them and were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I preferred the chicken tenders over the sliders. Tried the mild spice level this time around but I could probably go up to medium next time. It was very clean in the restaurant (but they did just open today). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Delicious and worth the wait! The chicken is excellent quality. I got the lite mild chicken and it barely had any spice, which was fine by me! My husband got hot and extra hot. He liked both and the extra hot definitely lived up to its name. If you want the Reaper, you have to sign a waiver. While I expected the chicken to be good, I didn't really have expectations for the fries or pickles and wow, was I surprised! Forgot my order...after 30 minutes waiting...they tell me they forgot my order. The last time I came... they didn't call out my order and they called out the numbers before and after me and let doordashers rummage thru my bag. I was standing right there watching this all happen. I decided to give them another chance but I'm disappointed again

The food is good, really good, that's hard to deny...... but the customer service, the management......HORRIBLE! I don't understand how a business like that could still be running with that type of customer service and poor management skills they have. If you ask me Corporate should make sure, they have good Managers out here keeping up a good image for such a good thriving Franchise business. Dave's Hot Chicken in Buffalo NY, on the Blvd ........ This one's for you and all your poor management skills .... Do better.

The food took 20 minutes longer than online order predicted, the employee managing the take out orders was rude, only bagged up orders and dropped them on the counter- not saying a work about who's order was ready or anything, so customers had to look through all the bags tickets to see if it was there's. ordered my first chicken sandwich and it was trash, wasnt freshly cooked, juicy or flavorful. My chicken was actually cold, never again. Not sure who's giving this place 4 star.

Over priced, severely. Nothing special about this place. Quality is regular. Buffalo Wing market offers many places as good if not better. Anchor bar, Rayzors,
