The food took 20 minutes longer than online order predicted, the employee managing the take out orders was rude, only bagged up orders and dropped them on the counter- not saying a work about who's order was ready or anything, so customers had to look through all the bags tickets to see if it was there's. ordered my first chicken sandwich and it was trash, wasnt freshly cooked, juicy or flavorful. My chicken was actually cold, never again. Not sure who's giving this place 4 star.

Over priced, severely. Nothing special about this place. Quality is regular. Buffalo Wing market offers many places as good if not better. Anchor bar, Rayzors,

Food is pretty good but this location is seriously so disorganized. I have been here 3x in a year and waited 25+ minutes inside the restaurant after placing my order online and coming at the appropriate pickup time. I did not realize just how disorganized this location was until I went to the one in blasdell 2x this week and my food was actually ready within 3 minutes of when it said it was supposed to be. Not to mention that location has only been open for not even a week and its already way more organized/better management... read more

Listen, I'm not from NY, I'm from TX, and the Dave's hot chicken there no matter how packed, or empty it is, they get it out on time. It took them... I'm not joking, 30 mins to get my food. I'm just saying if you want to get your food on time, don't waste your time here. And PS, they were full staff.

We've been loyal customers of the Tonawanda location since it opened and have always loved it. Today, however, we had a disappointing experience that left us questioning whether we'll return. We placed a pickup order and arrived about 5-10 minutes early. While waiting, my 6-year-old asked for some water. We requested a water cup, but the staff at the front told us they were out. They've brought back the cauliflower not-chicken for vegetarians. However, I am still giving them one star because their system for pick up orders is absolutely terrible. I placed my order online at 10:50am for soonest available, and when I showed up, they said the order is set for 11:15am so they won't even receive the order until 11am. The place was empty and for 10 minutes they could've been making my order, but instead my order was being held back. Highly disappointed when I went to Dave's because the food is actually really good. But this is the little bit of greens they put on my sandwich. It's so skimpy!! The chicken was great, exactly what I ordered and the fries were fine too.
