The food (when we finally got it) was great. I would pass on the Mac and cheese next time. Service was so-so. We came in with some friends, had two separate orders. Theirs came up about ~10 minutes. It was busy, so I didn't say anything but after another 10 minutes, I went up to the counter. I live in Oklahoma.... BUT just last week I opened a Daves Hot Chicken account and downloaded the app and placed my first order..... YUM! Unfortunately their app is not very secure and someone hacked it and placed 3 back to back orders at this location in NY. They changed my name and phone number. I suggest everyone who orders online to delete their payment information immediately after placing the order. The app should have 2 step authorization and there should be a way to place the order without saving your payment informa... read more

Food was good, second visit tonight. I knew it would be busy so I ordered over an hour early on the app for a 6:15 order, I was at the restaurant at 6:05 and ended up waiting until 6:35 while watching employees FaceTime while working. Ridiculous! I know it's new and busy but come on! This is not a good start for a new business in buffalo.

Wrong food, poor service, and waits far too long. Rude employees. Courtney? I believe it was her name, was very rude and obnoxious. Saw her speaking to other customers in a rude way. Saw the same person being rude, disrespectful, antagonistic , to other employees in the establishment. All I could do was feel sorry for these other employees that had to work with her. Edit: So the owners decided to steal the tips from my last paycheck and have been ghosting me over it. So sad. A complaint with the Department of Labor has been filed. If this sort of thing makes you angry then you should avoid coming here on principle. As the kids say: Fuck around, find out. Customer service is awful. Celivette more like Cruelivette was too distracted by other things going on around her and was incredibly rude. I'm sure she's a kind person and was just exhausted, but still as a customer service worker myself it was an awful first impression for the business, and uncomfortable conversation, when my friend asked a simple question, "Do you have barbecue sauce?"
