Ambience is nice. Food is alright, I'm not sure if I went on a bad day but it was extremely salty. I would probably give it another try someday but for now I will be heading to HCK hot chicken, hen house, or even Popeyes. Edit: milkshake slaps but idk if I'd pay $7 for it lol

I recommend the restaurant and food but I do not recommend Grubhub!!! Not only did the food show up an hour and a half later than was originally expected but was cold and soggy! EXTREMELY disappointed especially this being the second time I've used their service and the first time was just as bad with the driver leaving my food on the front step in the middle of a snow shower. Well that's does it for me no more Grubhub!!!

Go to HCK hot chicken instead of Dave's. HCK is a family owned business the workers and owner are extremely attentive and welcoming as compared to Dave's the workers have no care in the world for welcoming people being respectful any of that. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The staff seems to be always more worried about their phones and hair yet the garbage will be overflowing and tables have crap all over them. This place's management went down hill

I had high hopes for this restaurant but probably won't be back. Extremely busy and they had 2 staff members sleeping at 2 different tables. Maybe they were on break, but it looks bad when paying customers are waiting for a table while employees sleep. Also ordered the tenders medium and they had zero flavor. Seemed like they were covered in the same salt they put on the fries instead of any sauce. Crinkle fries had good crunch but way too heavy on the salt, and I like salt. Awful. Two chicken fingers, two slices of bread, seven pickles and 15 french fries for $12.99 outrageous but the outrage doesn't end there. When biting into the chicken I got a mouthful of powder and it did not taste good. Living in Buffalo New York, the home of the original chicken wing. The food (when we finally got it) was great. I would pass on the Mac and cheese next time. Service was so-so. We came in with some friends, had two separate orders. Theirs came up about ~10 minutes. It was busy, so I didn't say anything but after another 10 minutes, I went up to the counter. There were a few other people waiting for their orders, but no one from the staff would make eye contact with me. I went and sat back down. I live in Oklahoma.... BUT just last week I opened a Daves Hot Chicken account and downloaded the app and placed my first order..... YUM! Unfortunately their app is not very secure and someone hacked it and placed 3 back to back orders at this location in NY. They changed my name and phone number. I suggest everyone who orders online to delete their payment information immediately after placing the order. The app should have 2 step authorization and there should be a way to place the order without saving your payment informa... read more

Food was good, second visit tonight. I knew it would be busy so I ordered over an hour early on the app for a 6:15 order, I was at the restaurant at 6:05 and ended up waiting until 6:35 while watching employees FaceTime while working. Ridiculous! I know it's new and busy but come on! This is not a good start for a new business in buffalo.

Wrong food, poor service, and waits far too long. Rude employees. Courtney? I believe it was her name, was very rude and obnoxious. Saw her speaking to other customers in a rude way. Saw the same person being rude, disrespectful, antagonistic , to other employees in the establishment. All I could do was feel sorry for these other employees that had to work with her.
