TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First time. Got a #3 - (med spice) chicken tender, slider and fries. Added reg drink. Came to $18! Fries good but heavily seasoned, some may not like it that heavy handed. Tender was crispy but somewhat odd....very heavy on one spice...maybe paprika? Gave some bites an almost burnt taste. Slider was very good. The slaw, pickles, sauce blended nicely with the chicken and spices. Would I come again, yes, but wouldnt seek out. Would def go with just sliders in future.

Service was outstanding! We took the food to go and it was fantastic I'm a huge fan of the competitor and this rival for sure! Will be back for sure! Can you build one in Cape Coral?

Great chicken and flavors, food was hot! I don't like they don't have ranch lol but that's a me thing. I went during lunch and the place was busy. The dining room could have been cleaned up quite a bit.... Was pretty dirty. The employees seemed nice except a few who were obviously annoyed at the to-go, uber eats people. Will be back.

That chicken was hotter than any spot I have visited so far. I loved it. Staff were very friendly. And the atmosphere was nice. Sat down and enjoyed some food. Nice. And Spicy!
