For as long as I've waited, I would've thought they'd get the meals out faster. I literally waited over 45mins. The food was good.. Don't get me wrong, but it wasn't worth the wait. If there wasn't a long line, sure! I might get their food again. I got a chicken sandwich with fries. I also think that their sauce lacks a bit. I prefer one that has a kick to it.

If you like crazy hot chicken this is your spot. My bad review starts with the incredibly long waiting the drive thru line. I had only 4 cars in front if me and waited a total of 45 min to get my food. We kept saying this food better be amazing ..the food was not worth the wait..the chicken was at there hot level and it was too HOT to eat.. we tossed it..so dissapointing..please note they built it next to a sonic so expect alot of traffic.Building is brand new..and clean.

This stores wait time is horrible, I waited 25 minutes for my order of 1 plate. The chicken was good but fries had zero seasoning, overall needs more staff and more connection with consumers.

OK, I went to location today. I ordered two combos with added cheese no pickles and instead they gave me no coleslaw no cheese just a chicken alone with the sauce.

We just waited 50 min for 2 sandwiches and 2 milkshakes. They gave the order for the people ahead of us to the wrong people. I get working in food places is hard, but the customers should not have to suffer. Management needs to do better and have more staff available or something. (the majority of the workers we interacted with seemed to be kids, so we saw no reason to say anything m)

Wait time. Placed online order and pickup time was supposed to be 6:03. I arrived 6:10 thinking I'm late but no, not only was my order not ready, there were tons of orders in the screen ahead of mine. Waited 20 minutes and when my order finally came out it was incorrect/missing 2 combos so had to wait longer. I feel like the employees are very nice and doing their best. I blame management. They should have a better system to handle online orders, door dash pickups, drive thru, and dine ins. I'll probably just drive to Rowlan... read more

Wait time is terrible!!! It should not take 35 min to get food. It wasn't even busy inside.

Waited 45 minutes. The staff was overwhelmed trying to catch up on orders because they messed up 2 different peoples orders. My mac n cheese wasn't even half ways full. I was given all spicy while i ordered mild / lite mild , medium & hot. The worker said " a few more minutes" every time i asked if my order was ready. The restaurant was full of people waiting for food, mostly togo orders everyone looked annoyed& hungry. This location is understaffed, the workers are super nice & tried to get orders out. FOODS BOMB.... But make sure to bring your sleeping bag. I placed an order in advance and by the time I got there, they still made me wait 20 minutes to get my food. They really need to get it together.
