I spend $30 on chicken then they want to charge me another $1.50 for BBQ sauce. How cheap can this owner or company be? He must hate customers. I'm never coming back after this bs. Spending $30 on chicken for 2 is one then but trying to gauge customers for $1.5 for bbq is insane. Horrible decision. Let me know when they don't hate their customers anymore because the food is actually okay. On top of everything the bbq was super small.

I just want my Dave's combo with honey and I ask for extra honey Everytime and they always give me one fucking honey fuck you guys

Food was disappointing. The tenders had a lot of fat was not cooked evenly. Also, they did not have the bites prepared so I had to go for the tenders. Service I would say very lax like they didn't want to be there took over 20 minutes to get my food and I was the first one in line amazingly when I got home my food felt cold and I only live about a four minute drive home a very disappointing outing for the second time trying Dave. The first time was no good experience either.

This location is horrible, the first time I went there I had to wait almost an hour for my food, and they couldn't give me my slushy because nobody knew how to use the slushy machine, I wanted to go back there myself and make it...no leadership around no supervisors to help, just a bunch of untrained teenage workers with no clue what they were doing. I decided to give them another chance, ordered their six months later... Went to pick up my order and they told me it was stolen... This place is the worst... I don't know how ... read more

Last night we placed a late-night DoorDash order from Dave's Hot Chicken in Santa Fe Springs. We ordered two sliders with NO slaw and NO pickles. When the food arrived, it looked like everything had just been thrown into the box, and both sliders were covered in slaw and pickles--exactly what we asked to be removed. This morning I went in person to request a refund or at least some kind of solution. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they simply told me to "contact DoorDash." Terrible, I have been to Dave's before and I went to this location because I was near. Had someone named Josh or Joshua take my order, first of all, he was not hygienic, he spit when he was speaking then had the audacity to be rude after asking about different spice levels of the chicken. I mean they will hire anyone these days.

1) Soooo slooowww! 2) And tell me why in the year of our lord 2025, you don't have a mobile card reader?? Do you actually think it's acceptable to take my phone out of my hand and out of my sight to tap your machine for a *contactless* payment?? You've been operating long enough to have fixed this problem by now - If you actually gave a damn. 3) I ordered two no-heat tenders today and got three very hot tenders instead. How do you think that made me feel?? Waste of time and money!

Not worth the wait... last time i went i pulled up to the window and was waiting for just anyone to come up to the window when i first pulled up and nobody came til like 5 mins later and it was like 11pm there was no one else behind me til a little after and i waited next to the window for about 40 mins for my food i kid u not... And then once we got our food mind u i got the loaded fries w the chicken on top so i needed a fork and im like greatt so i wait foreverr again just to ask for a freakin fork so i had seen a guy wal... read more

Ordered at 10pm. It is 10:25pm and we're still waiting. We ordered for two people. This is insane. If this is done at every Dave's Hot Chicken, then I'll stick to Raising Canes.
