I go to Dave's a lot and I would say this place doesn't fry the food enough, it's cooked through but the crunch isn't there. Also the heat level seems off, I always get extra hot and this seemed like medium to me. But for week 1 they're rocking it! Fast friendly service!

This chicken place is so GOOD! I recommend everyone to come here, even if you don't like spicy food they have custom spice levels, not to mention their Dave sauce! It's out of this world. I am here for the grand opening and they did not disappoint the line goes by fast and the cook fast, portions are good and very tasty and prices are reasonable. Someone gave me a free Milkshake! 11/10 the inside is so cool also! They have like galaxy rips and on the outside too!

why do you guys take so long. pay for an extra person to work! it should not take 1. hour to get my food for one person. i blame this on management. ive worked in fast food i know they are understaffed and working the employees hard! do better

I'm giving a 1-star rating specifically due to the poor service from the manager, John N. I ordered the Top Loaded Spicy Buffalo Mac & Cheese, which was advertised on a poster for $15.99, but it rang up as $16.49. When I politely asked for the advertised price, John became dismissive and asked with an attitude if I 'wanted a discount.' I explained I just wanted the correct price. Took over an hour to get my order. I got to drive thru and asked why, they said they were busy and even if you went in the wait won't be better. It was not that busy when I entered, there was max 4 cars in front of me and the inside didn't look too busy. Got to see the workers do their job for a bit and they seem very slow. I strongly believe they're just untrained and unprepared (not fully on them, corp/management's job to train them and/or find the right workers), don't waste your time and just go to another location.

I would improve the cleanliness of the tables. They were all greasy and with crumbles. Multiple tables were all oily like that. The thing I hated the most was this soda is so Tappy like it tastes like the way nasty tap water tastes like. You need to change that bodyglove filter.
