There drive thru take for ever I spent like 35 minutes to get my food this is ridiculous never visiting this location again

I was at Dave's last week, enjoying a wonderful meal when I noticed a manager named Rod eating on the floor and being very dismissive to some customers until another gentleman who I later asked his name was Jose V came up and was extremely polite and helpful in answering our questions and getting us our food. What an excellent employee Jose is we were extremely disappointed to see Rod in a managerial position acting that way towards his personal appearance, as well as his interaction with customers. This is the worst drive thru, takes FOREVER. Especially if you have a toddler, don't even bother getting in line. They work at a snails pace. I got up to the window after waiting forever and STILL had to wait more!

The breading on the chicken tasted like they've been using the same oil for weeks! Not to mention the French fries tasted the same. And it was expensive. I will not be returning and I don't recommend!

This is the second time it's happened here. I order my food in store and I wait excessively, as in over 20 minutes. This time, I'm the first person to order and at least 6 people got thier food before I asked the counter what happened to my food. I show my receipt and I get accused of having gotten my order at the drive-tru. I told the guy I paid the register and I understand my receipt shows deive-tru but they can look at the camera or ask the guy who charges me who is still there in the back. I ordered the number 2 light mild and got a very spicy chicken sandwich instead, fries were very cold as well. A manager took my order named Rod and had a sour attitude. He was very rushing and didnt even try to put on a pocker face. Not my fault you work at a fast food!!

drive thru line was incredibly slow no apologize or anything waited about a hour in the drive thru and there was not many cars in the drive thru

We have been in the drive thru for the past 35 minutes and still haven't made it to the window. We have a newborn in the car and we cant even leave the line. I have never waited this long at a drive thru. This is insane. I've been to different Dave's locations and I've never waited this long.
