OH MY GOD. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS GOD GIVEN TIME AT THIS DAVE HOT SHICKEN. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. WE COME. THEY TAKE SOOOOOOOOO LONG TO GET TO YOU. Regardless of how busy they are. The first time we came to this location they literally took over an HR!!! to get our order. so over this location. i've been here when there's almost no one and even then, they won't take less than 40 mins to get to you your order.

Every time I come here, the food is excellent and the scenery is just as great. However, one thing that consistently stands out in a negative way is the manager, Rod. While the staff works hard to provide a great experience, Rod seems disengaged and unconcerned with how his employees are doing. It gives off the impression that he doesn't care about the team or the customer experience. A place this good deserves leadership that matches the effort of the staff. First time customer, such a dissatisfied customer !! Drove 30 min and waited in drive thru for abt 20min. Got my order, drove back home and one plate missing. Drove back and spoke to manager, he fixed my order, so I thought. He denied me a refund but claimed to fix my order. Drove back home and top buns were missing. Do better DAVE's!!

Joe was having a bad day today. He shouldn't be the ones taking orders. Bad service. After I would say what I wanted, he would say "Is that it?" Instead he should learn to say "what else can I get you?" He was rushing and speaks in a condescending tone and as if he's doing you a favor. Seems like he's in a rush and doesn't want to be there. I ordered the 1 piece and 1 slider meal with medium spice on the slider and no spice on the piece. Honestly, the only redeeming part of this meal was the fries--they were hot, crispy, and well-seasoned. Everything else was a letdown. The chicken lacked flavor, even the "medium" spiced slider. It was bland and uninspired, which is surprising for a place that supposedly specializes in bold, spicy chicken. RACIST!!!! Says he can hear me clearly but then calls me "BLACKIE" and then switches positions once I get to the window, how convenient. PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO FOR CONTEXT!!!

The food was pretty good, I had the #1 (two chicken tenders and fries). The tenders were huge and the fries were outstanding. It did take a long time to get my food (28 minutes!). Another person in my group received his food 34 minutes after ordering. And this is just for chicken tenders and fries! Don't sit at the tall tables either. The chairs are too small, and I felt like was sliding off the front. Service was terrible, we waited an hour in the drive-through line. When we got to the window the female worker had an attitude and not to mention the other female was eating the fries as she was packing the orders which is very unprofessional. We called and the manager Jose was very professional, kind, and understanding of our situation that we dealt with. He was nice enough to replace our meals. Not sure I would recommend this location because the drive- through is usually a looong wait, something has to change.
