Wait time is terrible!!! It should not take 35 min to get food. It wasn't even busy inside.

Waited 45 minutes. The staff was overwhelmed trying to catch up on orders because they messed up 2 different peoples orders. My mac n cheese wasn't even half ways full. I was given all spicy while i ordered mild / lite mild , medium & hot. The worker said " a few more minutes" every time i asked if my order was ready. FOODS BOMB.... But make sure to bring your sleeping bag. I placed an order in advance and by the time I got there, they still made me wait 20 minutes to get my food. They really need to get it together.

My order was supposed to be ready at 7:47, it was not ready until 8:15 once I finally received my order. I headed out home because clearly we were waiting to have dinner. With the rush and the frustration, I forgot that we had order a drink which they also did not give us . I called the restaurant and the manager answer. Placed an online order and took an hour longer than the ready time. Not going to get this place anytime soon. This place really sucks!

Wait time, wait time, wait time is way to long, other customers inside are knowingly very upset. As per other reviews indicate it's a pattern that this place is consistent with long wait times in the drive thru and dining in, personally waited 45 mins for 4 chicken tenders, that is beyond absurd, worst Dave's location. Lady calling out orders was also very rude and annoyed at customers. Not very professional.

We placed our online order for pickup at 6:45p. And still had to wait an hour to get our food :(
If you want to eat at a certain time come an hour prior the wait is ridiculous. I got here and placed my order at 5:57pm and had to wait over 50 mins to get my order and a lady that left before me confirmed she waited an hour. The drive through barely moved too. There seemed to be enough workers in the kitchen so its truly questionable
