Food was not good at all. Waited over an hour when I placed an online order . Chicken was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it. It was so stale and made my stomach hurt. The fries are the only thing that are good. Save your money

Went through the drive-through and ordered a chicken sandwich combo plain with no spice and not hot. No one ever repeated my order, but I confirmed multiple times that it was plain with no seasoning i drove home 15 minutes to come to find out that it was definitely not plain. I called the store back to get a refund and was told that I had to come all the way back to the store for them to issue a refund I then proceeded to that location where a manager Illiana Issued me a refund as I got back to my car I double checked everyt... read more

This is the slowest place ever. Overpriced, mid, takes forever. I'll update once I get my food but I've been waiting 25 minutes and haven't gotten my food. Workers are slow and are just taking their time. We came here instead of a sit down because we thought it would be faster. We could probably already be eating at a sit down restaurant. Definitely never coming back.

The service was extremely slow, it took 21 minutes just to get a #1 and a #2, with no customizations at all. It was a very simple order, so the wait time felt unreasonable. While I was waiting, another customer actually got tired of waiting and walked out, which says a lot about how slow things were moving. The cashier also seemed low on energy, which didn't help the overall experience. I unfortunately prematurely tipped him, I wouldn't have if I knew he was going to be dragging his feet. We ordered Dave's Hot Chicken through DoorDash from this location today, and it was by far the worst experience we've ever had with them. I've never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but this was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted old and was very chewy, nothing like what we've come to expect. The fries also seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and were just thrown back into the fryer to reheat--they were not fresh at all. why do you guys take so long. pay for an extra person to work! it should not take 1. hour to get my food for one person. i blame this on management. ive worked in fast food i know they are understaffed and working the employees hard! do better

I'm giving a 1-star rating specifically due to the poor service from the manager, John N. I ordered the Top Loaded Spicy Buffalo Mac & Cheese, which was advertised on a poster for $15.99, but it rang up as $16.49. When I politely asked for the advertised price, John became dismissive and asked with an attitude if I 'wanted a discount.' I explained I just wanted the correct price. Took over an hour to get my order. I got to drive thru and asked why, they said they were busy and even if you went in the wait won't be better. It was not that busy when I entered, there was max 4 cars in front of me and the inside didn't look too busy. Got to see the workers do their job for a bit and they seem very slow. I strongly believe they're just untrained and unprepared (not fully on them, corp/management's job to train them and/or find the right workers), don't waste your time and just go to another location.

I would improve the cleanliness of the tables. They were all greasy and with crumbles. Multiple tables were all oily like that. The thing I hated the most was this soda is so Tappy like it tastes like the way nasty tap water tastes like. You need to change that bodyglove filter.
