We placed our online order for pickup at 6:45p. And still had to wait an hour to get our food :(
If you want to eat at a certain time come an hour prior the wait is ridiculous. I got here and placed my order at 5:57pm and had to wait over 50 mins to get my order and a lady that left before me confirmed she waited an hour. The drive through barely moved too. There seemed to be enough workers in the kitchen so its truly questionable

Ok I know this place just opened but 35 minutes to get your food is ridiculous. There should be a balance in the way they attend drive thru and dine in . I noticed they prioritize drive thru

I ordered a # 2 no coleslaw and they got that wrong. It had coleslaw. The worst part is I spent 30 minutes in the drive-through. Apparently they had a catering order come through drive-through. But instead of being respectful to everybody else in the drive-through, they allowed them to stay there and wait for their order. Causing the drive-through to be backed up for 30 minutes. Once reaching the window, the customer service wasn't even that much better.
