This chicken place is so GOOD! I recommend everyone to come here, even if you don't like spicy food they have custom spice levels, not to mention their Dave sauce! It's out of this world. I am here for the grand opening and they did not disappoint the line goes by fast and the cook fast, portions are good and very tasty and prices are reasonable. Someone gave me a free Milkshake! 11/10 the inside is so cool also! They have like galaxy rips and on the outside too!

!! CHECK YOUR FOOD IN THE PARKING LOT !!Love me some Dave's Hot Chicken but man at this location someone really doesn't know how to do their job , this is the 4th time in less than 3 months that I've ordered a No.4 with cheese MEDIUM level , they give me no coleslaw, no cheese & HOT level, takes one bit thinking it's the MEDIUM level .. NOW IM SICK once again from those HOT level spices !! & paid extra !

Being in the drive thru for 30 min with 3 cars in front of me. I Door-dashed so it could be quicker once at window they couldn't locate my order. Ive been sitting here for over 30 min with a line of people behind me. Worst service ever. Don't come here.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Every-time I come here there's always some BS with my order. I try to be patient and understanding, but lack of effort i will not tolerate. Terrible customer service and lazy staff. Ordered 1 Hot and 1 Mild Sando. Was given both Mild, thats fine. That drive thru Wait is Atrocious!!!!! Nearly 45 minutes in line, just to get one combo meal, so long to the point to the point to where I have to just turn off My Car.

Food was not good at all. Waited over an hour when I placed an online order . Chicken was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it. It was so stale and made my stomach hurt. The fries are the only thing that are good. Save your money

Went through the drive-through and ordered a chicken sandwich combo plain with no spice and not hot. No one ever repeated my order, but I confirmed multiple times that it was plain with no seasoning i drove home 15 minutes to come to find out that it was definitely not plain. I called the store back to get a refund and was told that I had to come all the way back to the store for them to issue a refund I then proceeded to that location where a manager Illiana Issued me a refund as I got back to my car I double checked everyt... read more

This is the slowest place ever. Overpriced, mid, takes forever. I'll update once I get my food but I've been waiting 25 minutes and haven't gotten my food. Workers are slow and are just taking their time. We came here instead of a sit down because we thought it would be faster. We could probably already be eating at a sit down restaurant. Definitely never coming back.
