We just waited 50 min for 2 sandwiches and 2 milkshakes. They gave the order for the people ahead of us to the wrong people. I get working in food places is hard, but the customers should not have to suffer. Management needs to do better and have more staff available or something. (the majority of the workers we interacted with seemed to be kids, so we saw no reason to say anything m)

Wait time. Placed online order and pickup time was supposed to be 6:03. I arrived 6:10 thinking I'm late but no, not only was my order not ready, there were tons of orders in the screen ahead of mine. Waited 20 minutes and when my order finally came out it was incorrect/missing 2 combos so had to wait longer. I feel like the employees are very nice and doing their best. I blame management. They should have a better system to handle online orders, door dash pickups, drive thru, and dine ins. I'll probably just drive to Rowlan... read more

Wait time is terrible!!! It should not take 35 min to get food. It wasn't even busy inside.

Waited 45 minutes. The staff was overwhelmed trying to catch up on orders because they messed up 2 different peoples orders. My mac n cheese wasn't even half ways full. I was given all spicy while i ordered mild / lite mild , medium & hot. The worker said " a few more minutes" every time i asked if my order was ready. FOODS BOMB.... But make sure to bring your sleeping bag. I placed an order in advance and by the time I got there, they still made me wait 20 minutes to get my food. They really need to get it together.

My order was supposed to be ready at 7:47, it was not ready until 8:15 once I finally received my order. I headed out home because clearly we were waiting to have dinner. With the rush and the frustration, I forgot that we had order a drink which they also did not give us . I called the restaurant and the manager answer. Placed an online order and took an hour longer than the ready time. Not going to get this place anytime soon. This place really sucks!

Waited more than 20 mins in the drive through. Once I got my food it was cold. Definitely will not be coming back

Wait time, wait time, wait time is way to long, other customers inside are knowingly very upset. As per other reviews indicate it's a pattern that this place is consistent with long wait times in the drive thru and dining in, personally waited 45 mins for 4 chicken tenders, that is beyond absurd, worst Dave's location. Lady calling out orders was also very rude and annoyed at customers. Not very professional.
