Dave and his team helped me buy my first condo this fall and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Dave made what can be an intimidating process very easy and was very responsive to all questions. Dave worked hard to lock in a great rate and was great at explaining the closing process. From the first phone call I knew I was working with the right lender!!!

Our loan officer David Faber with GMM was very personable and informative as he worked our loan. The process was stressful at times but David was able to navigate us through the issues and ensured us that he would be able to resolve any questions that might arise. My lender, David Faber, was recommended by my realtor. I had tried working with several online lenders but none were as responsive or available as Mr. Faber. He was able to answer all of my questions, explain the process and be very up front about what to expect as far as requirements, timelines and costs. His attention to the little things made it extremely easy for a me as a first time buyer.
