David was extremely responsive when I needed a pre-approval very quickly, and as the terms of my offer changed. As a first-time home buyer, he answered any questions I had throughout the process fully and promptly, and thoroughly reviewed all paperwork before I signed off at settlement. I would definitely recommend his services.

David is extremely connected, responsive, and helpful. He offers both great products and services! I'd also say that he offers excellent advice -- not only on market issues, but also packaging loan financing and getting the right products.

Applying for a mortgage initially seemed like a very overwhelming experience. With David's help, we were able to understand the process in a more simplified way and take it step by step. David helped explain the process in a way that was easy to understand and helped guide us from the very beginning all the way to the close. We had David's personal cell phone number and appreciated the fact that he would always immediately answer or get back to us in a timely manner.

Working with David was fantastic. He was extremely responsive (both clear and fast in emails and follow-ups), really friendly (I always genuinely enjoyed talking on the phone to David, which was *not* what I was expecting from a loan office), made it really easy to get a loan (David did a great job of identifying the least work-intensive route to getting necessary documents), and explained what was going on at each step in the process. Overall, a fantastic experience.

David is a knight in shinning armor. After getting hung out to dry by my first lender, David was recommended to me. Best decision I have ever made was using David! My loan went from unclosable to wrapped up in 2 weeks flat. David's local Philadelphia knowledge and hard work is the only reason I was able to close. Not only was he able to put my mind at ease but I learned a lot form him along the way as well. I never have to look for another lender again because I got David now.
