David and his team were amazing in this process. He was always available to chat and answer our questions and concerns. His team customer service was great. If we had to pick the top quality of David's team I would say communication since they always answered our emails in a timely manner. David Frankel was wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, helped us work through our available options and choose what was best for us, and spent the time that was needed to make us comfortable with each decision. He and his team were available and responsive. We had a few hiccups (never his fault) and he advised us on how to work through them and made sure that he did everything he could to get us to closing on time. I would work with him again any time and am happy to recommend him.

If only they could clone David Frankel! His knowledge, professionalism, kindness (and humor!) helped get us through the long and daunting home-purchase process. David quickly returned phone calls, e-mails and texts and was able to clearly, concisely and with great courtesy answer our questions and address our concerns. His associates were equally efficient and polite. From first contact with David through to the final signature at closing, we felt we had the mortgage A-Team on our side.

David and his team made life so easy for my wife and I. The response time from the entire team was incredible, I felt extremely comfortable reaching out and asking any questions and I always got a super quick response. As a first time homebuyer I had zero experience with a mortgage and David talked me through everything and genuinely had our best interests at heart. I've used Dave three times over the last few years: Twice for new mortgages, and once for a refi. Every time he is honest, efficient, and very responsive. I trust him completely, which is obviously important when dealing with such large sums of money. There's no reason to use anyone else. Just do it.

It was great working with David and his team. David introduced me to a loan option that I did not know was available to me and ended up being the product that worked out best for me. Everything went very smooth throughout the process and David and his team are very personable and easy to work with. Cannot recommend him enough.
