If we had to pick the top quality of David's team I would say communication since they always answered our emails in a timely manner. David Frankel was wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, helped us work through our available options and choose what was best for us, and spent the time that was needed to make us comfortable with each decision. He and his team were available and responsive. We had a few hiccups (never his fault) and he advised us on how to work through them and made sure that he did everything he could to get us to closing on time. I would work with him again any time and am happy to recommend him.

If only they could clone David Frankel! His knowledge, professionalism, kindness (and humor!) helped get us through the long and daunting home-purchase process. David quickly returned phone calls, e-mails and texts and was able to clearly, concisely and with great courtesy answer our questions and address our concerns. His associates were equally efficient and polite. From first contact with David through to the final signature at closing, we felt we had the mortgage A-Team on our side.
