David was amazing to work with from the start. He was extremely polite and patient from the start and always makes time to explain every little detail. He and his team are extremely quick to respond and make the entire application process extremely simple. We have had numerous questions and had requested multiple pre approval letters and all the time David was very patient and helpful. I truly think he is the best in Philly, you will for certain like working with him; I highly recommend David.

David answered every question asked in a very timely and professional way. He walked us through the whole process so we were more than comfortable when it came time to close. David's entire crew was top notch! He actually sent me a random text and email, just to ask how everything was going. Something as simple as that goes a long way! And he only had to ask me for each document one time, which every other lender I have used would just randomly ask for the same thing sometimes up to four times! They are very organized, very personable, and on top of things... Go to David!!
