It has been a complete honor working with David! David is almost solely responsible for getting our house for us. We looked at the place on a Sunday and he had a pre approval letter generated is less than (12) hours and we had the place under agreement that evening. He took my call on a Sunday and him and his team were absolutely spectacular and the rates he offered were great. If you need a deal put together quick and want to deal with a quality operation call David.

The entire team was always available when I called or emailed and David went the extra mile to give me information on the local area where I purchased a home! David is amazing. He was the first loan officer I met on my hunt for a mortgage lender and I chose to use him off the bat. He is a good listener and was patient with me, as I am a first time homebuyer. He also referred me to a real estate agent that found my house in only 3 short weeks. David and his team worked quickly to help finalize my loan after my offer was accepted. We highly recommend David. When my husband and I found a home that we loved but required a quick settlement (about 3 weeks) David came to our rescue. David made sure that we settled on time (which I don't think many lenders could do under these circumstances) and created a seamless process.
