IT was a pleasure working with David and his team...They were very detail oriented in their emails and correspondence and very patient with regards to us being able to gather the necessary information. As 1st time home owners, it was nice to have someone walk and assist us throughout the process with clear explanations on what we were going to experience. David is highly responsive and friendly, and he returned every email in an extraordinarily timely manner. My slightly unconventional loan process progressed without any issues, and he also managed to obtain a few extra discounts for me! I've had terrible loan experiences in the past, and this was by far the smoothest and easiest experience I've ever had. I highly recommend!

Working with David was a great experience. He was immediately responsive to every loan question or inquiry I had during the entire process of searching for a home. His supporting team also assisted tremendously with ensuring that all documents were gathered prior to closing. Further, at settlement, David's calm demeanor and knowledge made the culmination of the house hunting process end as good as it possibly could have.
