David and his team made life so easy for my wife and I. The response time from the entire team was incredible, I felt extremely comfortable reaching out and asking any questions and I always got a super quick response. As a first time homebuyer I had zero experience with a mortgage and David talked me through everything and genuinely had our best interests at heart. I will 100% be recommending first rate to all my friends and I know who to call for any future home purchases. The whole process was almost too good to be true.

I've used Dave three times over the last few years: Twice for new mortgages, and once for a refi. Every time he is honest, efficient, and very responsive. I trust him completely, which is obviously important when dealing with such large sums of money. There's no reason to use anyone else. Just do it.

It was great working with David and his team. David introduced me to a loan option that I did not know was available to me and ended up being the product that worked out best for me. Everything went very smooth throughout the process and David and his team are very personable and easy to work with. Cannot recommend him enough.

David his entire team were a pleasure to work with. Everyone, including David was responsive and attentive which I appreciated immensely! David was also understanding of my particular situation and needs. Furthermore, he was a sea of calm during a storm of chaos and a series of delays and a lack of professionalism and organization on the seller's side. I would not hesitate using David for all my future mortgage and refinance needs in addition to recommending him to my friends and family.

After struggling through 18 months of debt and renovations, I contacted a few lenders to start the refinance process and David was always the most consistent and competitive. His availability and response time were always far better than anyone else I considered working with. After committing to his offer, we ordered an appraisal that came in extremely low and despite it being of no fault of his own, David fought tooth and nail to get me a second appraiser. I chose to buy a home that needed updating and decided to use an FHA 203k Streamline after consulting with David's construction loan specialist. This turned out to be a blessing and a curse as the money up front was helpful, but the projects that I did ended up revealing more systemic issues with the house. Great experience... David and his team was thorough and responsive. We are busy and on the road a lot and the team made it easy to turn in all documentation and hassle us if were missing anything. Would work with David again!
