David is amazing. He was the first loan officer I met on my hunt for a mortgage lender and I chose to use him off the bat. He is a good listener and was patient with me, as I am a first time homebuyer. He also referred me to a real estate agent that found my house in only 3 short weeks. David and his team worked quickly to help finalize my loan after my offer was accepted. David is knowledgeable about every aspect of the mortgage and home buying process, and as a first time home buyer I appreciated the time he took to explain things to me, as well as his responsiveness and availability. We highly recommend David. When my husband and I found a home that we loved but required a quick settlement (about 3 weeks) David came to our rescue. David made sure that we settled on time (which I don't think many lenders could do under these circumstances) and created a seamless process. I went through two other lenders before I met David. I am self employed and the other two lenders I worked with made the process very stressful. My realtor recommended David and he was able to figure it out within a day and got us into our home. He told me exactly what documents I needed and where to find them. He was proactive and quick to respond to any questions we had along the way.

We shopped around to find the best rate, and David definitely delivered. No one could match it. He was there through the whole process, answering questions and explaining all of our options. He even helped identify a fradulent credit application, which saved me from a potentially horrific situation! The digital Dropbox made it easy to get all of our documents in one place, and Docusign was easy to use to get everything signed. It went as easily as any mortgage process could. We were very happy!
