Any obstacles that came up during my loan process, David worked through them and helped me understand. He is always polite and tries to find a clever solution. He is very quick and self efficient and will do his best to get the job done.

I have purchased a few houses in the past and have had nothing but issues. This was not the case with David. My first conversation with David, I am sure lasted hours and hours and that was before we even decided to go with him. David was always available for my questions and explained everything in detail. As you can imagine as with any home purchase, there were bumps in the road but nothing we weren't able to overcome.

This is my second transaction with Dave. Very professional and dedicated to getting what is asked of him. Needed to re-fi to consolidate some debt as well as get a little cash for some remodeling. Called another local company first that could not get the deal done. Then I remembered, call Dave, the same person who was there for the purchase of the same house.
