David is a true professional that got my cash-out refinance completed in a very timely manner. He walked me through every piece of documentation that was required and provided excellent and timely communication. As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and had zero clue as to what anything meant but David walked me through this entire process step by step and explained everything to where it actually made sense to me and gave me confidence so that I was completely comfortable with not only my investment but my new home. David Gordon was a excellent lender. David showed me what i needed to do to get my credit score up. He gave me some good advice he was telling me about new programs that i could try. David never gave up on me. He was there when ever i needed him. It took a while but we finally made it. Now im a new HomeOwner... Thanks to David. We are a team...😊

David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was a bit lost as a first time home buyer, but he explained everything thoroughly and was quick to reply to any inquiries that I had. He also provided friendly reminders to help keep me on track with all my commitments.

David was excellent. Very professional, helpful, and patient. We were able to call David at anytime and if he didn’t,t answer at the time of the call, it wasn’t long before he returned our call. What I like most about David was the time he spent explaining all the paper work to us. That was so appreciated. We also respected the fact of David worked hard on keeping our closing date as schedule since we were traveling from out of town.
