David was the last of several different Lenders that I spoke too before I started, but by far more knowledgeable than any of the others. He helped me find programs that suited my needs when others were unwilling to go the extra mile. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me up to date every step of the way. His dedication to helping me purchase a home was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. I will recommend him to everyone I know!
I reached out to David after I was referred from my mom. He definitely exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. He thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and what I should expect. We even closed early!!!! He was always prompt in getting me answers I needed and answered his phone every time I called! This is huge because I’m a natural worrier and he made this process seamless. David was very thorough and helpful throughout the loan approval process. The only problem was that the e-fax the company was using missed receiving some faxes I sent, so I needed to re-fax them.
