David was extremely helpful! He is well-versed on the different loan options which helped me choose the right loan for me. He streamlined the loan process and I really liked that he was the only person I dealt through the entire time. He was very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls and I recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!

David is professional, knowledgeable, considerate, prompt, available and I can go on. He helped me through hurdles that seemed impossible, considering out of 3 past lenders he was able to get me qualified and approved in a very short time frame. When I moved to Missouri from Illinois, David was the loan officer and he again assisted me when I refinanced to a lower interest rate. He is efficient, courteous and a gentleman. He made appointments to suit my schedule and provided complete explanations to all of my questions. I wanted to give him a gratuity for his hard work but he would not allow it. I was very impressed with his character and pleased to say so.

From the start of the process, David was very knowledgeable about our needs and situation. There was no pressure to go with Midwest, but he ensured I received all information necessary to make an informed decision. With that being said when we were ready to purchase our home we came back to him 2 years later. The entire lending process was very informative and David explained every step. We would highly recommend David with Midwest Equity for your lending needs and we will use David again if the need arises.

Our experience working with David Gordon was extremely pleasant. He was extremely professional. When I needed to contact David on the phone 90% of the time he picked up the line directly, if he didn't, he called you back within a very reasonable time. Not like some banks I have experienced. Emails or texts were answered immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and was honest with answers.
