The WORST customer service that I have EVER SEEN. I received a dress via mail with a CIGARETTE BURN MARK on it...almost 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from DAY 1, so that I can find out how to get this issue rectified. I have called over ten times...leaving messages each time. I've been here twice to assist a bride as a bridesmaid. Most recently was in the summer of 2013. You are ignored by most of the staff and have to flag down a consultant when you need her. No tours of the store are given and they don't tell you how the dresses are organized. At other stores you get to ring a bell and celebrate with the staff. If i could put 0 stars i would. Me and my sister in law are in a wedding this weekend. Bridal gown and all bridesmaid dresses were purchased at David's Bridal. The cost of the dress was $149 (which we got $20 off for the bride purchasing her gown here). Anyways, my s.i.l. is pregnant so obviously had to have alterations. No extra fabric added, just things being taken in and repositioned. They are charging her $165 for alterations. Number 1 that is more than the dress itself. If I had more time to get my dress altered I would have taken it somewhere else. My alterations cost more than the dress!!! How ridiculous is that!! The dress cost $149 and we got a $20 discount since the bride purchased her dress from David's Bridal. No extra fabric was needed to alter my dress, but somehow my total for alterations came to $165. I am so NOT pleased with this place. They refused to steam and press my daughter's gown just because I did not pay a fortune to have it altered there! I bought it there and they suggested not having it steamed until the wedding. Now they refuse! Not nice.
