So I had an appointment there before to get my wedding dress and I had a fantastic experience. However, this time I went with my sister and my niece to look at bridesmaids dresses. The consultant they paired us with (I believe her name is Jenna?) did not do a very good job picking out dresses and seemed very inexperienced. I have been to David's so many time and have always had a great experience but on 1/16/17 I took my bridesmaid in for dress shopping and our experience was horrible. First the girl acted like we were a bother. She did not even try to help us one bit. Second my bridesmaid found the dress she wanted and went to place the order to find out they "could not order the dress" which we both loved. Third I asked her to pull the other dresses for my other bridesmaids so we could compare dress, and she acted like that was a hard task. ... read more

People are generally nice. The bridal dresses were limited in what we were looking for. Low backs didn't really exist. Bridesmaid dresses were also limited, almost all had waists starting just below the bust. Yes we looked online first, but we're hoping they had more in stock.

We felt anything but welcome here. The experience i had today was appalling. We were early for our appointment and were told we would have to wait. As the bride came in she was told we would be able to be waited on soon and to take a look at dresses. So we started pulling dresses that we liked and would like to try on. After we were standing there with dresses, we were told we would have to wait the hour until our actual appointment time AFTER we already pulled dresses we wanted to try on, WITHOUT a consultant. We picked up my daughters wedding dress tonight. The night was suppose to be special for her father would get to see her in her dress for rhe first time. My daughter was taken to the dressing room, given the dress and the attendant walked away. My daughter asked if anyone was going to help her and was told to just call if she needs help. Wrote my bust measurements as 26 when my bust is 33 wrote my waist 25 when its 26. Totally messed up my dress have to pay for a complete new one cause the davids bridal representatives dont even know how to measure correctly. Will never be back at davids bridal here or any other location.

Awful! DO NOT GOT THERE! If I could give this place a zero star I would! I had nothing but issues with these people and they don't care or do anything to fix it! First off, I made the mistake of ordering my wedding dress and corset bra here. The dress is absolutely gorgeous but that's the only good thing about my experience. The corset I got was a FEW sizes too small. I know they're not supposed to go on easy but there was 6 inches between the sides.
