If I could give this place a big fat zero of a star I would. My bridesmaid called a few weeks ago and asked if they had a specific dress in stock and in the color I wanted before scheduling an appointment for us. She was talked to very rudely on the phone and then hung up on. She then called back to ask about the dress again and was told they had it in stock and in the color we needed. So, my friend came in for her wedding dress and had Cricket as her consultant. She said she was very rude and made the whole experience so uncomfortable, that she asked me to get my old job back. I advised her to tell you about her poor experience, but she said that she just wouldn't come back. Her friend also had a poor experience on the same day. Not sure what happened there.
needs new management. and classes on how to treat your coworkers with respect. also how to treat customers . very disappointed to witness all of the above
How do I post negative stars? All I was doing was trying to make an appointment to try dresses on and it was the WORST Experience ever. Needless to say, no appointment was made and I will never step foot in this store again. Calling a district manager and filing a formal complain on this store. Absolutely horrible, would not ever recommend going here.

People at the front desk need to learn some manners. Each time I go in, they treat me like a total inconvenience and are always annoyed when an appointment isn't made. There's no sign on the door that says "no admittance without an appointment" so I'm not quite sure why they are so annoyed that I bring my bridesmaids there to spend money. I didn't want to use this company at all, but chose to keep it easy for my out of town bridesmaids.
We went to the David's Bridal on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg,Pa. @ 6:30 in the evening and the two sales associates there met me at the door and refused to let me enter the store because they said they were closing at 7pm. I told them I was only going to look at a wedding slip and wouldn't be trying on any dresses,etc. and just wanted to look at the sizes,styles, prices, etc. and I would leave the store immediately.
