Future brides... go somewhere else! Had a bad experience overall! And definitely get your alterations done somewhere else because they charge you an arm and a leg!!
Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids I met my consultant and then she disappeared. Told me to go find the dresses myself and then said " ok I'm going to put you to work write down their names size and dress you like." Then disappeared again. We only had one fitting room for 5 girls. It was so crowded people where walking over us telling us to move. I made an appointment for a reason to be helped and have plenty of time and room to work with my girls. They are awful!!!! My consultant didn't help one... read more
Went there to try on dresses.....im not the typical young bride. I was told to pick edresses and take them to the back and that a consulatant would be with me shortly. When they called me to go back i was put in a extremely small room (just barelt big enough for and the dresses i picked) i was then asked my bra size and she left andcame back with a bra that didnt fit...i couldnt tell herit didnt fit bevause she was to busy with the other bride to be in the big room! I gave this place one star because of the experience I had when I went to pick out a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding for this upcoming July. She gave us three styles to choose from, however, I would be seven months pregnant when it comes time to wear the dress. When I explained this to the woman "helping" me, she said none of the styles would work and she didn't know what to tell me. She tried to choose ones that could work, but none of them were even close to the style the Bride chose for us. As if that wasn't bad ... read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I was there on December 22, 2014. Wanted to talk to corporate, they claimed they would contact us within 24 hours.....TWO WEEKS LATER NO CALL!!! Thanks for crushing my tiara in a box that was WAY to small!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCONSIDERATE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
