The stress this store caused me for my wedding was unbelievable. First, I went here for my dress for a certain consultant I had worked with before. She was great but another woman overstepped into our appointment and very aggressively and rudely convinced me that I needed a size 2. I was hardly a size 0.. I then had to pay over $500 in alterations because they knew I had no other choice. They messed up my alterations appointments. I didn't get my dress until the weekend before my wedding. They were very helpful, helped us find the sizes we needed and helped us find the dresses we wanted.
Staff were very helpful during my two visits. Witnessed the lady at the front desk being rude to another customer, but it did not ruin my experience. L. Michele and Ciara were the best!
We drove a hour to look at bridesmaid dresses. I only found 2 and neither were in my size. When I asked for help,I got blown off completely. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
I had a really great experience with my consultant (Julie Isabelle) and thought that my wedding dress experience would be a great one. I was so wrong. The customer service is terrible and communication is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for dress shopping.
So far I have only been impressed with one employee there who knows what she is doing. They charged my daughter $1.00 for a swath of clothing after our wedding party had spent well over $1,000.00 for dresses. On top of that, my other daughter, who is a bridesmaid, her dress was shipped with another dress over 2 hours away to a location we did not specify. Yes, I found my dream dress, but no thanks to the consultant. My maid of honor found it after the consultant told me they did not have the style I was asking for. There was no room for my mother or grandmother to sit and people were constantly pushing them out of the way. I made an appointment and for sure did not get the experience a bride should get
Thank you SO much to the attendants at David's Bridal Town Center.. for NOTHING!!!!!!!! We just love being ignored, and you guys are SO good at that! So thanks again for making us feel so incredibly unwelcome in your store. My daughter Karen and I pulled all 30 dresses all on our own, sorted through styles and sizes and found the perfect dress for homecoming.
