Dress was scheduled to arrive 10 days before wedding, naturally I was concerned. The manager called today to say they have expedited will arrive 4 weeks prior. Thanks Danika.
Terrible. Had an appointment to try on bridal gowns. Attendant was extremely rude and rushed me along. She tried to talk me out of trying on several dresses that I had selected. It was so bad that my mom and sister noticed and spoke with the manager. The manager switched me to another attendant. But still a bad experience overall.
Made appointment... Checked in... the lady was rude as hell.... My consultant Lisa was very nice but was also working with several other customers which was not her fault.... They are so understaffed which left us doing everything our self....Said yes to the dress.... Ordered the one I wanted.... Got email dress was in need to pickup in 7 days.... To be honest I had a worst bad experience today and WISH I would give no stars! I bought an expensive dress there and bridesmaids have bought there dress there as well and I couldn't even get the colors for my cake (fabric piece) like wtf I bought a dress and gave your business the lady up front was a bitch and deserved to get fired! You guys need to address this bullshit situation!
Well I lovED my dress. Paid for alterations (300) and the lady hemmed it WAY too short. You can see my feet. A year later and I'm still fuming. I also was on crutches, never got a "break". stood for 2 solid hours. They were in a hurry....so I guess I should be understanding? If only everyone treated you like the SALES ladies do.
Our consultant was great.They have some nice dresses although most of them had some snags and loose beading as if they were not taken care of well. When trying dresses on you and your group do not get much privacy as everyone can see you after you try it on. however the worst part was the service when it came to alterations. It was absolutely horrible!!! They can not get things done in a timely manner !! If you plan on getting your dress fixed within a few months or sooner I strongly suggest you go elsewhere to do so.
