As my 1st review was not accepted,I will simply say that my experience with David's Bridal was ridiculous.I was greeted when I first arrived,but after 15 minutes of looking and not being approached by any one of the many associates,I left.Mind you,there were only a dozen costomers in the store.Not one associate even said,"goodbye" as I was walking out.I had been looking for 7 bridesmaid dresses and a maid of honor dress.What an experience as a bride to be.

I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived with my daughter, who is going to be a junior bride's maid in my cousin's weeding, we were pointed in the direction of dresses and told to go to a dressing room. There was NO help! What the heck was the point of having an appointment if not to help the person needing a dress. Also, I was yelled at for not having come in sooner for an October wedding, the bride just made her color choice and lives out of state. I will never go back to a David's Bridal again.

Called and asked if they had my dress is a bigger size and the woman on the phone LAUGHED...SHE F-ING LAUGHED at me...it's bad enough I didn't lose enough weight to fit into my dress but to have some B laugh on the while I'm crying just did it for me...NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER doing any business there EVER AGAIN. Corporate will me hearing from me. Horrible horrible service!
