We were rushed and the staff was pleasant but no enthusiasm, no joy.
Before you get discouraged by the long review! Please read... It will help you!!! I went to David's bridal first to try on wedding gowns. Everything in the store was just okay.. Nothing special.. And yes the prices were awesome but they didn't look that good of quality. Not to mention they book way too many appointments. The alterations department was wonderful. They did a great job except for a small unnoticeable tear. And they were on time and ready. That same day i was also supposed to pick up my veil which was shipped. They lost my veil and stated someone picked it up however would not give me a printout of who picked it up. They never gave me a printout. The manager said she would go look except she never came back for almost an hour. Worst customer service ever!
Worst experience. Try on Dresses are stained and ripped. Know one helped me to try things ob because their were other bridal parties spending more money. You guys told me it would come on the first then when first called you said the 10th. It came the 8th said you guys were going to ship it to me. Called a few days later and it was still sitting at the store.
8/31/15 I called to ship my dress once it arrived in store with no problems placing the order giving payment and shipping information was informed by Ashley that items ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that an email with a tracking number would come to me. 9/4/15 I called and spoke with Ashley requesting tracking number because I never received and email I was asked to leave my number for shipping to call me with tracking number directly. 9/10/15 I call and speak with Emma; explain that I have no email or phone call with a ... read more
