I went to the place 2 years ago to try a bridesmaid dress on that time I was overweight so I was very hard for me to feel comfortable on any dress , the vendor laugh at me telling me I was what I was and have to deal with it , kept bringing dresses that they were double my size and at the end she left me by myself in the fitting room crying , six month later I went back to pick up the dress and 50 pounds less I looked at her and I said remember me ???? Terrible service! We were about to spend almost 400.00 until we were ostracized by a sales person for shopping without making an appointment. Sale lost.
Okay, i usually don't post rants on FB but this one i can't help it. I called Davids bridal to order a brides maid dress. After being on hold for several minutes then transfer several times to different people (who had no clue) i finally talk to somebody with a brain. I give all my info and measurements etc.. ask for the pricing and say we should get a discount etc... im transfer again to another person and go through all the info again. The MOST UNORGANIZED & unprofessional place I've ever been.....BEWARE
I was there trying on dresses in 2014 -- I called today to make sure all of my information was still there, the lady left me on hold for 7 min, she finally came back and told me that none of my information was saved. I called back a few minuets later to make ANOTHER appointment, to be left on hold for 6 min before hanging up. VERY POOR SERVICE :(
Horrible horrible service!!!! Brides beware! I went there 3 times to give David's bride in west palm beach a try. The first occasion I told the consultant I did not know my budget resulting in her not let me try any dresses on. The second time I knew my budget and I was not exceeding $1200, but that didn't matter since I was never seen, I signed in and was told I could look around the store, after 45 minutes I check to see the status of my place on the sign in sheet.
