Horrible customer service! Was treated poorly, the ceiling was caving in so I had to change rooms twice, the girl didn't listen to me AT ALL, just horrible!
My experience was aweful. The girl helping kept pulling dress styles that I did not like or did not feel comfortable in. She did not care about the styles I liked. She got mad when I said I did not like the dresses she pulled. She was rude to my family and my bridesmaids. I had booked an appointment for my bridesmaids and she didnt even help them. When we mentioned that we had a poor experience, the staff didn't say anything. This place has by far the worst customer service!
RUDE. I thought 5 years ago when I got married it was ok. Today they proved that their customer service is the same. Too bad its where we have to get our dresses. Left feeling humiliated. Emailed the corporate office about the experience. TERRIBLE.
Not happy with final result. It looks like my dress was slopped together during alterations. I slowly fell out of love with my beautiful dress. BAD EXPERIENCE! Seamstress was rude and made me feel like it was such a burden to work on my dress. Plus I could hardly understand her. Not everyone was on the same page...I would go in for one fitting with someone telling me one thing and the next fitting i was told something completely different...ultimately costing me more money. Worst customer service out of all bridal shops in OMAHA ( I went to 4 different ones)!! I did buy dress from them because when you find the dress, you found the dress. I arrived at davids bridal at 10:50am on August 22, 2015 my appointment was at 11am, they told me they would start my fitting closer to 11, (ok well its pretty damn close to 11 but ok.) so my family (that I had come from out of town) showed up at 10:58am I go back up to the guest attendent and ask if we will be getting started soon, she replies rudely saying w... read more
I was there with my friend that is getting married with all of the brides maids. The lady that was helping us barely did. My friend had to put all of her wedding dresses on herself. then after she was done us bridesmaids had to pick our own dresses out there were 7 of us and we only got 1 changing room 1... every one else there had 3 to 4. we even had appt. i was very disappointed. i will never go back to the omaha store ever. i will stick with sioux city store!!!!!!!!!!
I am so dissatisfied with this place that I will never go back! We went in today to do preliminary dress shopping and first we weren't greeted, the. Our stylist didn't really help us, and to top it all off we were told we couldn't keep trying on dresses because they had appointments coming in!!
