I was there with my friend that is getting married with all of the brides maids. The lady that was helping us barely did. My friend had to put all of her wedding dresses on herself. then after she was done us bridesmaids had to pick our own dresses out there were 7 of us and we only got 1 changing room 1... every one else there had 3 to 4. we even had appt. i was very disappointed. i will never go back to the omaha store ever. i will stick with sioux city store!!!!!!!!!!
I am so dissatisfied with this place that I will never go back! We went in today to do preliminary dress shopping and first we weren't greeted, the. Our stylist didn't really help us, and to top it all off we were told we couldn't keep trying on dresses because they had appointments coming in!! There were more then enough dressing rooms open and for someone to say they could no longer help us was insane! I am a bride! The staff at this location is rude and they don't seem to know what they are doing at all. I've gone in multiple times and every time I have had a horrible experience.
HORRIBLE!!!! MY DAUGHTER GETS MARRIED IN 2 WEEKS AND HAS HAD TO GO IN 3 TIMES FOR ALTERATIONS!!!! WE DECIDED TO USE THEIR OWN SEAMSTESS WHAT A JOKE!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU SCREW UP A SWEETHEART NECKLINE!!! REDICULOUS!!!
When we went in to try on bridesmaid dresses for my aunts wedding Easter weekend your manager working that night was BEYOND RUDE. Made us all including the bride feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The girl that helped us try on dresses was sweet but very new and didn't know much and got all of our dresses we picked confused and had wrong sizes at checkout so that was a mess and a very long checkout.
