The staff at this location is rude and they don't seem to know what they are doing at all. I've gone in multiple times and every time I have had a horrible experience.
HORRIBLE!!!! MY DAUGHTER GETS MARRIED IN 2 WEEKS AND HAS HAD TO GO IN 3 TIMES FOR ALTERATIONS!!!! WE DECIDED TO USE THEIR OWN SEAMSTESS WHAT A JOKE!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU SCREW UP A SWEETHEART NECKLINE!!! REDICULOUS!!!
When we went in to try on bridesmaid dresses for my aunts wedding Easter weekend your manager working that night was BEYOND RUDE. Made us all including the bride feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The girl that helped us try on dresses was sweet but very new and didn't know much and got all of our dresses we picked confused and had wrong sizes at checkout so that was a mess and a very long checkout.
