It was my first time ever shopping for a wedding dress. I honestly didn't expect to go home with one. I just wanted to get a feel of it before I really made a decision. Anyway I found a beautiful dress that I decided was "the dress" and was so excited. I got to the cash register and was then told that my dress was a "clearance/sale" dress. Rude when I checked out, did not listen to what I want, I felt rushed... they were upset that I did not want to decide on a dress that day. People kept walking through where I was trying on my dresses. I WILL NOT be coming back (at least to this location) for my dress or my bridesmaids.

When a sales clerk and manager lookup a price and quote your dapughter the price, then when she is checking out inform her they punched in the wrong numbers and raised the price by another $500.00. Writing corporate! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I went on a Monday with a bridesmaid to look for bridesmaid dresses. I made an appointment and the girl could careless about us. She didn't recommend any dresses, barely wanted to get dresses for us, took dresses away and put them back before we were done, and told me she uploaded my favorite ones to my account but they never showed. This is the third time I've been to davids bridal in colonie for dresses for my wedding and each experience has been dramatically worse. The sales girls lack knowledge. We spent two hours trying to find follower girls dresses to match bridesmaids dresses and also a junior bridesmaid dress. 3 kids in tow for 2 hours! Every time I go in to this store there is another problem!! The sales people no nothing about the dress or fitting people. Tried to get my shoes they did not check the boxes out of the six boxes no of the shoes were the right ones and they were the wrong size and different sizes in every box. When I went to pick my dress up the first time I tried it on it was ripped and they sales lady was fighting with telling me that I did then she ripped it even more while I was in the dress. I enjoy my experience the first time around because the person who help me was very consider and patient. My second time to purchase a dress was awful. The sales person was not focus to what I wanted and did not give me many of gowns to choose from. She brought out two dresses and I swear that was my only choice so I did end up likeing one of the dresses out the two I purchase it.
