Horrible customer service today. My sister came in to pick up our dresses and had to wait over 30 min and then didn't end up leaving with the dresses cause she could not wait any longer!! Zero stars
Would go with a zero if possible. If I didn't love the dresses I would have walked right out the door. Half of my wedding party is engaged and stated that they will not be brining their weddings to the store.
My experience with the David's bridal in Albany New York was terrible. My consultant was nice but the other consultants were rude. The dress selection was poor. I had several dresses written down that the website said was available in-store but they only had three of them. It was so crowded that I was unable to see my bridesmaids trying on their dresses. One consultant actually kicked my bridesmaids purses out of her way. I found the experience to be far more overwhelming and unhappy about anything else. VERY disappointed.
