I went to David's Bridal in Colonie yesterday in search of bridesmaids dresses.I walked in and a young man was on the phone so I began to browse as to not be rude and interrupt his call. I was in that store 25 minutes and not 1 person cared to ask me was there anything that they could assist me with...I WAS APPALLED ��� I decided to say "yes to the dress elsewhere and actually purchased 2 dresses....David and his Bridal room can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.I WILL NEVER RETURN nor will I recommend any of my many friend... read more

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is unorganized and full of drones who give no care to their job. You seriously could not have made this entire experience more frustrating and difficult. Thanks for sending out my dress when I never asked you to, and to someone else's address. Seriously David's Bridal you freakin suck.

I was in David's bridal Sunday August 14 w my soon to be sister in law and r families for her to try on dresses.. Samantha the women who helped us or who was suppose to help us was rude and discouraging !! Didn't get her water when asked if she could have some .. When she asked for another dress Samantha told her she tried on enough !! Never looked at the book pages she marked!! I was told to order a certain size. I ordered a size up just in case. The size up one barely fits. I have actually lost weight and not gained, so that is not an issue. I live over an hour away and the dress itself is not in stock in store. The merchandise credit is only what they'd give me doesn't work for online purchases to overnight it. Otherwise, it will arrive a day before the wedding and I would need to get it tailored - and my tailor is out of town that week. Where to begin? I went there to get my wedding dress and had the most miserable saleswoman in the building. She was barely around and clearly wasn't listening to my preferences based on what she brought to me. Eventually, another saleswoman came around and started bringing me dresses. She was actually nice and helpful, but then the original girl came back and kicked her to the curb. My sister made an appointment at David's Bridal. There wasn't enough room for her party. the manager saw we were unhappy and did finally help us. The only other thing is they didn't have the dress available that she came to try on. i would recommend if you are unhappy find the manager.
Terrible service. So rude and not helpful at all. They have no idea what they are doing!!
If I could I would not even rate this place with one star. By far the worst experience in a service based retail establishment I have ever had. I took my little sister here to try on dresses for my upcoming wedding and I got so irritated so quickly with every staff member I came into contact with that I only stayed long enough to get her measurements. Terrible, terrible, terrible service from everyone.
The customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Came in to try on simple bridesmaid dresses, had an appointment, yet the girl was all over the place not helping us, and when she did her attitude was rotten. Had to hare one dressing room between all the bridesmaids. Finally after 4 hours of dealing with this crap we went to checkout and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to check us out. I felt so bad for my friend (the bride), she left that place so stressed out! Never again!
