It's not even surprising seeing all these bad reviews of this David's bridal. Probably the worst customer service in the capital region. Went there yesterday with my future mother in law and sister in law to find their dresses for my wedding. (We had made an appt). All of your employees are running around with their heads cut off. Nothing has changed. Went their last night.Jamaican lady was rude lazy. Not helpful at all. Kept disappearing. Telling us everything was discontinued. Rushed us as well.Then when i picked a dress i liked she said very snub thats a Vera Wang as if i couldn't afford it. Me and my girlfriend walked out.
I did wind up finding my dress here, but I'm not thrilled about the service that I received. My consultant disappeared a lot, had an extreme amount of clevage, and was swearing up a storm. I also wanted to try on ball gowns but made the mistake of telling her that I had a ball gown from a previous engagement that I never even wore. She told me that was bad luck and would not find me any dresses in that style. I did wind up finding one that I liked, and she did pick it out for me, but that's about it. Totally disappointed in this place my niece and us were there today for a 3:30 prom dress appointment had to wait 20 minutes before any one would be bothered to help.Then the girl who was assigned to us didn't even help. Your loss we went another place got gown your loss Get better help just so you know got gown at Fancy Schamancy they got the $400.00 sale they were marvelous and we didn't need appointment
I am very disappointed in David's Bridal. The Stylist I had was just wrong I can't even begin to say everything that went on. But in the end the Stylist screwed up my order so bad that the manager had to come in to REDO the order all over and that was with just 4 dresses being bought. I went on line and order the exact same dress for another girl and I rec'd that dress already but the ones from the store I have yet to get. Very Disappointed.
Horrible !!!!!!!!! These people were so rude and unprofessional! The lady Pamela was absolutely out of line. They have zero customer service. I will never step in this place again. Albany area worst service.
Apparently David's bridal doesn't want to see any kind of feed back on their page since this got deleted twice!! This needs to be heard and addressed! My mother Lisa Ellis was a former manager at the colonie ny store and this is how you treat your past employees and continue to treat your current employees?!
