Ruined my sister's wedding experience. I would not recommend this to any person who is looking for a gown.
Absolutely awful!... we went in there for Bridesmaid dresses which we had an appt for and the place was complete chaos. The girls had to share one room and we had to share an attendant because Obviously they overbooked appts. Honeslty I could go on and on about my appt but let me tell you about my friends inquiry on a bridesmaid dress for another wedding that's in 2 weeks. Went prom dress shopping with my daughter, got there early to look around first. Line was out the door, 1 lady checking in and calling on appointments. Complete chaos, finally got in the store which was MORE chaos! They took her in for her appointment early, which was nice, but then her specialist disappeared with he paperwork!!! She couldn't do anything for 1/2 hour as walk ins kept butting in and no one would help her. Horrible!!!! The employees were rude. They were overbooked or understaffed or both. Im not sure... I will never purchase nor let anyone I know purchase from this place ever!

Awful! We were a large bridal party who called ahead for an appointment. I found the store to be extremely busy, and our bridal guide was not helpful. She wasn't sure what she was doing, and did it try to understand what the bride was picturing. We found the dresses we wanted to try on by ourselves. Mostly I was disappointed in how she reacted to my needing a bigger size, it was almost as if she had never met an overweight person before! Not the best service. Place was definitely over booked. My maid of honor had to figure out her size, never measured. We had to pull dresses from rack. No one helped. I bought my wedding gown and two daughters junior bridesmaids dresses at your Wilkes Barre PA location where service was great. Drive 6 hour round trip to your store to share the experience with my maid of honor. So disappointed.

Went to David's today with my mother, after signing in, was left standing there at least 20 mins. No I didn't have an appointment, but I was told someone would be right with me, then several stylist wherr walking by, I asked one while I waited could I browse the dresses for ideas. Was told NO I can not touch any dresses, its a liability...... However, I seen other customers browsing. Multiple terrible experiences with the staff, they lost our dresses multiple times, was never informed that my dress was in. Will never shop here again
