Back in 2010 I went there with a friend and experience the worse sale lady ever and swore I will never go back , today my kid talked me into going and I was surprised , we had exellet service, the girl went out of her way to help with every detail

I made an appointment to try some dresses on for the mother of the groom. I was practically left after she got a few dresses for me to try on, and when I came out with the second dress she was gone. I literally would have to hunt her down. Thank good my son's fiancé was there to help me out and zipper up the dress and also help me look for dresses. Absolute worst place ever to purchase bridesmaid dresses. One of their stylists ordered the wrong dress for one of the bridesmaids and we didn't know it until it came into the store. Then they tell us there is nothing they can do to correct it in time for the wedding because it's a special order color. After many calls and complaints to the store, phone calls to customer service and talks with managers ...... nothing has been resolved! My advice to anyone shopping here is first.... go somewhere else... your day is important ... read more

Absolutely horrible. I purchased my gown last year and returned for my first fitting this weekend and I lost so much weight. The alterations for my $1000 gown would be almost $400 . My mother's dress for a hem would be $200. They discussed alterations when we purchased being around $65 . I understand the business but that's ridiculous. It's almost the price of another dress. Very large selection, but very hard to find dresses. The dresses are categorized but there is no catalog or key to the dresses. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom showes signs that it has not been cleaned for weeks. The smell is unbearable and being in the fitting room next to the the bathroom did not make an enjoyable experience. Went to David's bridal in Whitehall for my second wedding dress. Granted it was insanely busy that day but I I had made an appointment approximately a week prior. This was the first place I made an appointment at to look for my wedding dress, I wanted it to be a very special experience. Instead, I had to share my consultant with another bride and look for dresses all on my own. I only tried on two dresses because I was so frustrated with the lack of help, so I left.
