Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I would never suggest them to anyone! I wish I would have taken my big business elsewhere. We purchased over 20 dresses from them. So ubaccomdating , everything was horrible. I bought my dress was so excited to go get it turns out their own seamstress measured me wrong. Had to send back. We weren't notified of a discontinued bridesmaid dress so then my girls had to scramble and buy wrong sizes and spend more money to alter, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Honestly, I would not even give them 1 star.
This is the worst store ever I ordered a bridesmaid dress two months ago for one of my brides maid and now a week before my wedding and she still does not have it they messed up with the size of my dress and sashes for the flower girls I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!
We had an appointment for my mother to get a dress for she is the mother of groom we walked in me and my fiance and my mother and were greeted by a rude lady and then she give us to a woman who seemed not to care about us or what my mother wanted her name was Morgan. by far the worst store I have been to..... about a week ago I went with my sister, she was looking for a dress that online said they had it at this davids bridal. and with a simple no we don't have it left my sister with no interest in helping her find anything else. I wanted to purchase the sleeves that I had seen online for $15 the lady in the alteration dept tells me no they are $39.99 and that $15 must be online price only. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! They are HORRIBLE!!! (( They are absolutely awful! They screwed up my wedding dress and shoes and now two of my girls got the wrong dresses and I have to bring the one girls dress by tomorrow to have it exchanged!!!!! ))& I live an hour.away and they charged my girls 30 additional dollars because they screwed up!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!
