You can improve by closing the doors. Your company has done nothing but cause problems and added stress to an occasion that is supposed to be the best day of my friends life. Your employess....new or not.....did not have the correct information and so that alone has caused many issues. Hopefully in the future u can find a way to continue to make a wedding day special and not more stressful than it can already be

I had made an appointment roughly 3 weeks before my actual appointment to visit David's Bridal. I reserved online and stated that I would be shopping for 4 bridesmaids. The time slotted for my 4 bridesmaids was only an hour. Speeding up to the actually appointment, I arranged for a Saturday, because that's when all my bridesmaids could get together. They were not very accommodating. Could have done more for us to make things happen. Felt they don't really have their heart on making the bride or bridemaids get what they want. No one should have to PAY IN FULL before a dress comes in!!! We were all very discusted when we left.

The service and girls at the store are absolutely complete bullshit. Nobody tried to help AT ALL, came early for the appointment, didn't even get a bye when leaving the store. Even getting a fitting room was an issue. Ridiculous, wasn't even planning on going there and definitely not going back!
